You can do make the document changes with a simple @ function, depending on whether it is the full value of the field or a portion of the field, and if there could be other items that might be partial matches.

If you don't want to pre-select the documents, you could write it as an @If statement so it doesn't touch any docs that it shouldn't.

@ReplaceSubstring will work for partial matches, but be sure that any leading or trailing characters are included if needed to identify the value.

@Replace will work if you are replacing the entire field value, or members of a list.

The help for each function should include examples you can modify.
